We started in 1975 in Reynoldsburg, Ohio and was know as Bickis Realtors until 2010 when we moved to Pickerington and changed the name to Abundance Realty. The Broker Robert S Bickis Sr is a member of the CBR 25 Million Dollar Club. We work with buyers and sellers as their agent. We also manage and rent properties. Our background is residential, commercial , investment properties, short sales, HUD properties and bank owned properties. Our specialty is service and accountability.

 During my eight years flying with the USAF I decided to enter the real estate market and in 1975 became a licensed real estate salesman.  I loved the interaction with people which I could no get a lot of with a 4 member crew although it was a great job and I loved the chance to serve my country.  I decided to serve the people in my community in selling real estate.  For the first five years I managed to make top sales person for the company U was licensed with and in 1980 became a broker and purchased 50% of the firm.  For the firs 3 years we were named as one of the top ten real estate firms in Columbus until all the mergers with I decided to opt out of and keep my own independence.  I was awarded the one, five, ten and then the highest twenty five million dollar club with Columbus Board of Realtors.

I served as an officer in the East Area Real Estate Association and also the Tri-County Real Estate Association with I was part responsible for starting.

I had one of the first property management packages available for the small residential investor and then years later managed several apartment complexes.  I also had several maintenance companies to insure that the investors were getting the most for their money.

We have never been the largest company in the Columbus area but always felt that we had one of the best companies with experienced real estate agents that treated clients with respect and provided the best service possible.
