From the beginning of her adult life, Donna has worked her way to the top of every Industry she has desired.  First, she was employed with the State of Ohio, Administrated Services and later Restaurant Management.  Never satisfied and always wanting more for her family, the Entrepreneur in Donna turned a License to sell Real Estate into part Ownership in a Real Estate Property Management Company.  Donna saw a way to grow and a way to save her clients money by establishing yet another Company, a Maintenance Company.  Donna became an Investor herself and purchased twenty plus properties.  Donna achieved the CBR Million Dollar Club Award in her first two years of Real Estate and Sales Person of the year for many years to follow in her over 20 years of Real Estate experiences.

Chris Thompson has been an entrepreneur since his teens, and at the age of 19 started his own company.  For the next twenty years, he led the enterprise to become a successful paving company with annual sales of approximately 9 million. While serving as the owner and president, he started purchasing rentals.  His great uncle and mentor purchased and developed properties around The Ohio State University campus, and he talked to Chris about the value in real estate, both financially and personally. Chris bought his first 10 unit apartment building in 2003.

With a keen eye for selecting lucrative investments, his property inventory grew more profitable, and in 2005, he sold his half of the asphalt company.  By 2009 he left the paving industry and continued to expand his property inventory.  Investing in distressed homes in communities with revitalization programs was not only financially rewarding, but also personally satisfying.  He currently owns 120 rental units and is well known in the area as a fair and compassionate landlord.

Always looking to grow professionally, Chris earned his real estate license in 2010. This license expanded Chris’ role beyond just renovating and renting homes.  He is now actively engaged in Listings, working with home buyers and working with people connecting them with the right home. This experience is critical for his role working with Abundance Realty, which allow him to take his abilities to scale.

Blending market knowledge with his global design perspective, Wil skillfully guides clients through the often challenging real estate transaction process. He listens carefully to clients to determine their goals, paying close attention to details. He does critical research needed to address client goals and works to develop a creative strategy that will provide a result that rises to meet their expectations.

Wil’s ability to highlight the best features of a home is an exceptional benefit for selling clients to attract prospective buyers. He works to make each real estate transaction flow as smoothly as possible, but knows that the buying and selling process is sometimes stressful for clients. In stressful times, Wil has a calm demeanor and a can-do approach that makes him an exceptional resource.

When Wil is not working on behalf of clients, he enjoys spending time with his real estate partner and spouse and his teenage son. He also enjoys time with family and friends as well as being involved in activities that improve the lives of others in the community.
